Returns and Refunds
All my products are made to order, therefore they are not-refundable.
However If there is an issue with your order I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. For any issue regarding an order, I must be contacted within 15 days or I may not be able to help resolve the issue. Please write to luisa (at) flowarte.com
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, it is required that you contact me within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis.
When contacting me with an issue, please be sure to include photos for reference. You may contact me with your pictures and comments.
Please do not return items before receiving and authorization to return it. Once you receive authorization your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital goods are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
European customers must be aware that sometimes there are duties to pay when the product reaches your country. It is impossible for me to know how much these duties will be. Please consider this before ordering or call your customs office to ask. If you do need to pay duties, you must pick up your item and make the payment.
If you fail to do so, the package will be returned to me and I won't be able to offer you a refund.
